We are not able to provide guidance on dosing, in-vivo administration, or any application outside of controlled in-vitro laboratory research. All of our products are supplied exclusively for research purposes, and our scientific support reflects that scope. If your question falls outside of in-vitro research applications, we will let you know clearly and respectfully.
For all order-related matters — including order placement assistance, payment questions, delivery tracking, reshipment requests, and refund inquiries — our order support team is ready to help.
