Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the LarnaLabs website located at larnalabs.com or placing any order with LarnaLabs. By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LarnaLabs. Your access to and use of the Site, including placing any order, constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following criteria to purchase from LarnaLabs:

  • You are a licensed researcher, scientist, academic professional, or qualified purchaser affiliated with a recognized research institution, university, pharmaceutical company, or other legitimate scientific or commercial research enterprise.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
  • You are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any country or jurisdiction where the purchase, importation, or possession of research peptides is prohibited by applicable law.
  • You understand and accept that all products sold by LarnaLabs are strictly for in vitro and laboratory research purposes only.

LarnaLabs reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Research Use Only – Critical Disclaimer

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY LARNALABS ARE INTENDED FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, VETERINARY USE, FOOD, COSMETIC, OR DRUG USE OF ANY KIND.

The following applies to every product listed on this Site without exception:

  • Products have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any equivalent regulatory body in any jurisdiction.
  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in humans or animals.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that the products will be used solely for lawful research purposes. Misuse of products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to place orders. When registering, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by LarnaLabs. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, concerns regarding intended use, inability to verify purchaser eligibility, or payment issues.

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
  • Taxes and Duties: Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Payment: Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

LarnaLabs ships to approved jurisdictions only. It is your responsibility to verify that importation of research peptides is permitted in your country and to comply with all applicable import and export regulations. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs arising from customs inspections or local regulations. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon dispatch. If a shipment is seized or returned by customs authorities, we will work with you in good faith but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

7. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and purity data are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. Product appearance, specifications, or availability may change without prior notice. Certificates of Analysis are provided with each order and represent independent third-party analytical testing results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of LarnaLabs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

  • Purchase products for resale, redistribution, or administration to humans or animals.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LARNALABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF LARNALABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
