For shipments to regions experiencing extreme heat (above 35°C average ambient during transit), or for particularly temperature-sensitive compounds, we automatically upgrade to enhanced cold-chain packaging with dry ice and extended-duration thermal insulation at no additional charge.
All lyophilized peptide products are substantially more stable during transit than reconstituted solutions. Our standard shipping protocol is designed conservatively to ensure that even products with moderate temperature sensitivity maintain their specified purity through the delivery period.

Your credit card or payment statement will likewise show a generic merchant descriptor with no reference to LarnaLabs or research materials. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country and declared value. We currently cannot fulfill orders to destinations where the import of research peptides is prohibited by law, where export control regulations prevent shipment, or where carrier service is not available to the specified delivery address. All shipments must be addressed to a verifiable physical address. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for orders requiring signature confirmation or temperature-controlled delivery.
