Analytical Chemist

Location: Laboratory-based (hybrid arrangements considered for experienced candidates)

We are looking for an Analytical Chemist to join our quality assurance and quality control operations. In this role, you will be responsible for method development and execution of HPLC analysis for peptide purity determination, interpretation of mass spectrometry data for compound identity confirmation, review and issuance of Certificates of Analysis, investigation of out-of-specification results, and supporting continuous improvement of our analytical methods.

Requirements: Degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline. Experience with reversed-phase HPLC and mass spectrometry is essential. Knowledge of peptide chemistry is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards is advantageous.

Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

Location: Remote or hybrid

Our Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. You will manage relationships with freight and courier partners, oversee cold chain logistics for temperature-sensitive shipments, coordinate customs documentation for international orders, monitor inventory levels and communicate with procurement, and resolve shipment issues in coordination with customer support.

Requirements: Experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or a related field. Familiarity with international shipping, customs procedures, and temperature-controlled freight is a significant advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience working with life sciences or chemical products is preferred.

Research Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Our Research Support Specialists are the primary point of contact for our customers — researchers, scientists, and laboratory managers who rely on us for technical guidance and order support. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries about product selection, reconstitution, storage, and research applications, assist with order management and post-sale support including returns and replacements, maintain and improve our knowledge base and FAQ resources, and work with the analytical team to resolve product quality inquiries.

Requirements: A background in life sciences, biochemistry, or a related scientific field (degree level preferred). Excellent written communication skills. Prior experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is advantageous. Genuine interest in peptide science and supporting the research community is essential.
