This 1:1 Captain America shield is die-cast from a single piece of aluminium alloy: 61.3 cm (24 in) across, 73 mm thick and 5.3 kg (11.7 lbs) of real metal. It isn’t plastic, resin or a printed disc. Genuine leather straps with adjustable metal buckles mean you can strap it to your arm and carry it, while the battleworn, hand-painted finish makes it look like it has seen real action.

A Metal Captain America Shield, Not Plastic

Most Captain America shield replicas at this size are moulded plastic, which feels hollow the moment you pick one up. This one is die-cast aluminium alloy with a brushed metal finish, so it has the weight and presence of a real object. The star sits raised and the rings are sculpted in layers, so it holds up from every angle — front, back and side.

Straps You Can Actually Wear

The back has genuine leather straps with adjustable metal buckles, built for wearing rather than just hanging. That makes it a strong centrepiece for Captain America cosplay. Keep in mind it weighs 5.3 kg — noticeably heavier than a plastic prop — so plan breaks if you’re carrying it all day.

Battleworn, Hand-Painted Finish

The star and rings are hand-painted with metallic pigments, and the battleworn detailing adds scuffs and wear so it looks used rather than factory-fresh.

Display It Your Way

Choose it with or without the display stand. The stand holds the shield upright at a slight angle and doubles as a Bluetooth speaker, with a themed nameplate, ambient lighting and touch wake-up; it charges over USB. You can also wall-mount the shield using hooks rated for its weight.
